I have to know how blood travels through the cardiovascular system.
Deoxygenated blood goes into the right atrium, and oxygenated blood goes into the left atrium.
“Right” is red for me, and “Left” is green. I consider deoxygenated blood to be something negative (red) and oxygenated blood to be something positive (green). So, all I have to do is match the colors.
Also, sometimes I scribble colored lines on my arms to memorize different things.
